Here is a list of things you will need to keep and maintain the perfect sourdough and sourdough starter.

• Bread flour

• Jar

• Scale

• Banneton

• Dry erase marker

• Spatula

• Shower caps or plastic wrap

• Scoring lame

• Dough whisk

• Dough scraper

• Dutch oven

• Sugar duster (use to dust loafs with flour)

• Bread slicer (I have this because I almost cut my finger off cutting into a loaf)
