Cheddar cheese sauce

This is the perfect sauce for a soft pretzel!

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons flour

  • 4 tablespoons butter

  • 1 cup whipping cream (or milk)

  • 1 tablespoon sea salt

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 cup cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. In a saucepan add your flour and butter and mix until a paste on medium heat.

  2. Add your whipping cream (or milk) and whisk until thick, takes about 4 minutes.

  3. Once the sauce is thick add your salt, garlic powder, and paprika and mix.

  4. Turn the heat off and add the cheddar cheese and mix until melted.

  5. Move to a container and serve!

Notes

Reheating this is not the best, however, if you do I suggest heating it at 30 second intervals and then adding a dash of milk.
