Cheddar cheese sauce
This is the perfect sauce for a soft pretzel!
Ingredients
2 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons butter
1 cup whipping cream (or milk)
1 tablespoon sea salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 cup cheddar cheese
Directions
In a saucepan add your flour and butter and mix until a paste on medium heat.
Add your whipping cream (or milk) and whisk until thick, takes about 4 minutes.
Once the sauce is thick add your salt, garlic powder, and paprika and mix.
Turn the heat off and add the cheddar cheese and mix until melted.
Move to a container and serve!
Notes
Reheating this is not the best, however, if you do I suggest heating it at 30 second intervals and then adding a dash of milk.
